Who is the herbalist behind RIAP?
Every formula at Rooted Infusions is developed by our founder, a Master’s level herbalist (MS-Alt Medicine/Integrated Health Sciences) with a focus on clinical botanical medicine. Our products bridge the gap between traditional herbal wisdom and modern scientific standards.
What makes your "Tincture Elixirs" different from standard tinctures?
Most commercial tinctures are sharp and thin. We utilize a 1:4 extraction ratio for maximum potency, followed by a secondary infusion with Organic Agave. This creates a silky, "viscous" mouthfeel that is designed to be as pleasurable as it is potent.
What is a "1:4 Extraction Ratio" and why does it matter?
The ratio represents the concentration of raw plant material to liquid. A 1:4 ratio is a practitioner-grade strength, meaning it is significantly more concentrated than the 1:10 or 1:12 ratios often found in big-box retail stores. You are receiving a more robust dose of active constituents in every drop.
Are your ingredients organic?
Transparency is a core value here. We source 100% organic or wild-crafted botanicals whenever possible. If an item is organic, it will be clearly noted in the product description and image so you can make an informed choice for your ritual.

How should I store my elixirs and provisions?
To maintain the integrity and potency of your botanicals, we recommend storing all RIAP products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Our amber glass bottles provide significant UV protection, but excessive heat or light can degrade the delicate volatile oils over time.
What is the "User Responsibility" policy for RIAP products?
By purchasing our provisions, you acknowledge that Rooted Infusions Apothecary & Provisions is not liable for any misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of our products. Every individual is responsible for their own health journey. We provide the tools and traditional context, but the final application of these botanicals is at the user’s discretion.
Are there any specific safety warnings I should follow?
While our products are crafted with the highest standards of care, botanicals are powerful. RIAP is not responsible for any adverse reactions or sensitivities. We strongly advise a "test dose" (half a serving) for any new elixir. Additionally:
- Consult a Trusted Professional: Always speak with a healthcare provider before starting a new botanical ritual, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medications, or have a pre-existing medical condition.
- External vs. Internal: Ensure you are using the product as directed on the label.

What if I have an allergic reaction?
We provide a full list of ingredients for every product. It is the customer's responsibility to review these lists for known allergens before purchase. If an unexpected reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
We take pride in carefully hand-packing every order. Our standard processing time is 1 to 3 business days.
How much is shipping and which carriers do you use?
Shipping costs are calculated by the selected carrier of your choosing at checkout based on your location and package weight. We offer domestic shipping via the carriers available in your dropdown menu during checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your provisions ship, you will receive an automated email with your tracking details.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or your local carrier office first. If the issue persists, contact us at Support@rootedinfusions.com and we will do our best to assist you, if possible, in locating your items.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
Due to the handcrafted, perishable, and personal nature of our offerings, we do not accept returns on skincare, teas, provisions, or edible items. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or broken, we want to make it right! Please contact us at Support@rootedinfusions.com within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number.
A clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.
If qualified, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
